Matthews Marketing has been appointed by the National Trust of Scotland (NTS) to undertake a special development project focused on the promotion of the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway, Ayrshire.
The aim of the project is to raise awareness of the museum and to attract more paying visitors to the world- class attraction.
MM's task is to attract more visitors from two particular target groups: art & culture specialist interest audiences from West of Scotland and the Central Belt; and young adults. With two quite different target audiences, MM is using a combination of traditional marketing channels and online communications as part of a fully integrated strategy to reach potential visitors.
